Are you interested in yoga, but not sure if it's right for you? Are you not sure if you want to commit your time and money to many weeks of classes?
Well then our Introduction to Yoga class with Lenny Barrett is just for you!Saturday July 26 at 2:00 p.m., Lenny Barrett will introduce you to yoga and even show you some beginner poses. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or a towel.
This program is open to all skill levels, but is primarily targeted towards adult beginners. If you have a limited range of motion, you can still do yoga; Lenny will address any type of limitations you might have and how to adjust your yoga positions.
